Ben is actively involved in managing and cultivating client relationships with 5 M’s. By way of managing his family’s assets, he has grown a strong affinity for empowering mineral and royalty owners with knowledge that will better position them to make well informed decisions with their assets.

Ben was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and attended Fort Worth Country Day throughout his youth before deciding to leave Texas for the University of Oklahoma. At OU, He graduated with a BBA in Energy Management/Petroleum Land Management and a minor in Spanish. After graduating, he was fortunate to gain experience as a project manager for several major operators in Texas and as an in-house Landman for Petex managing a large portfolio of wildcat prospects.

Ben credits his love for the business to his wildcatting great grandfather who moved to West Texas from Connecticut during the oil boom of the early 1900s, as well as his grandfather who was equally involved as a geologist for Humble Oil in the 1950s.

He is a credited Registered Professional Landman through the AAPL and is involved with the Fort Worth OU Alumni Association and the FWAPL.

Ben lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife, Annie. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, attending church, and rooting on their beloved Sooners every chance they get.
